About Lara

As an intuitive practitioner, I draw upon the skills and knowledge provided by a background in Integrative Physiology, the Healing Arts as well as meditation and energy healing/balancing to craft an experience specific to each individual. I am a licensed massage therapist, certified lymphedema therapist and certified mastectomy fitter. 

25+ years and I’m still fascinated with the biology of the body, and the spirit that moves it.

I have cultivated a specialty in lymphatic drainage and lymphedema treatment for over 20 years. I recently became a Certified Mastectomy Fitter and am awaiting my Medicare accreditation which allows those effected by lymphedema to have their compression, breast forms and mastectomy bras covered by insurance under the Lymphedema Treatment Act.
